Godson's Common Sense

Umar Bello too Failed to Clear
the Quranic Anxieties

by
N. Ndubueze Godson, III

biafraalways@yahoo.com

“I just tell the truth and the other side think it is hell. - Harry Truman, U.S. President 1945-1953.

Fellas, it’s gonna be another fun time as I try to find out how much the Islamist kingpin in our midst, Umar Bello really knows. I must confess that I used to have some bit of respect for some of these guys, but today, their Igbo this, Ojukwu that and religion this, religion that, put us at daggers drawn. Haba! How could my reply to Ahmad Kollere cause this fella to totally lose his mind to commit the same blunder his brothers before him did? How could one learn if his questions are constantly skipped? Imagine if one’s college (math.) professor had done the same, what you would have is someone without any mathematical hunch. Could Umar’s eloquent silence on those questions be concession of some sort? We never bothered for a long time to meet these guys head-on as they drop one lie after another, no; we didn’t care because we considered them nuisance. I guess this gave impetus to their elevated noise. Well, I got news; we have decided to swat the liars away like flies. Therefore, no amount of insults would discourage me from expressing views that I know could save the lives of loved ones, humanity and especially my Igbo race. Through these views, we could establish common ground where each other’s space is not encroached. This to me ought to be our collective goals and not the dangerous parochial religious and tribal garbs they put on for their one-way agenda of total annihilation of the Igbo.

Once again, another disclaimer, this writer be damned if he lays any claims to the mastery of English as a language. I do not care much about it; it is a third language to me. Igbo being number one followed by broken/pigin English then your English. Do you people get it? When it comes to this grammar stuff, I am like a carpenter I hammer it away. Come to think of it, you wouldn’t expect someone spoiling for a fight to wear his Sunday best, would you? Understatement they say is always classier than over blowing it. It is not suave to toot your own horn. As much as I am not Professors Achebe or Soyinka who are masters in this reserved area, I still with the little I drive do enough damage to the lying leeches out there that see nothing good in the Igbo. Dig my slang? We are stomping all over you guys like warms. Even the beer-belly for instance, your uncle, what do you call him, eh, Obasanjo, can attest to this. So, had Umar followed his archaic insults and antics with answers to my questions that would have been fine. There probably won’t be any need for further response by me. I see their taunts, as occupational perils that come with exchanging heated arguments with strangers. Therefore, as a stranger to me, he is welcome to disparage me as long as questions are being answered. He can lay it on me all he wants. I never shy away from derogatory words for the simple reason it comes with the territory. Not long ago, I read some trashy nonsense privately sent to someone else by a supposedly Professor that was full of gutter idioms. Not so with me. I don’t hide my feelings in public, I let loose. It’s a jungle out there.

On Monday, November 8, 2004, a northern chap forwarded Umar’s incoherent gyration in the chat room on BNW. As I write, I have no idea where in the world he originally posted it, maybe one of those less traveled mundane sites. I nonetheless became

aware of it. Let me reiterate that what I stated about Islam as practiced by Osama bin Laden and supported by
Umar’s types stays. No shaking because the facts are airtight. If Osama is substituted with a different name, it still translates to violence. This guy has no basis in law and in fact to attack my essay or me since he, like Ahmad failed to inform his readers how I misrepresented the Quran or any other source by pointing out those misattributions. The way Ahmad’s article was presented to us was with such authority that it screamed for rebuttal. It was not as if he expressed personal opinion. He used the same Quran that I browsed and referenced to make his point. Sauce for goose, sauce for gander still? Did Umar notice, you think? This writer will not be cowed into submission especially by people who under normal order of things would be guarding and manning the gate for me. Not much could be done to salvage this whacked fella back into right thinking, not when he purposely drove himself into reasoning dead-end. All the fancy words in this world and beyond will not save them. Only truth will and they lack the depth to understand this. These guys are slowly but steadily being vaporized, they should deal with it. What remains is dust-up. The naughty task of repelling these maggots is inglorious but care I don’t! To me, it’s a civic call. Jihad? LOL.

Let me remind this young fella who vented anger simply when he was shown the light by shoving the truth down his skull that if he runs into me on a quiet street, he could not instill fear in me even if he tries. The reverse will be the case, he better believe. When a scallywag like him crawls out of his cave to vomit overnight brukutu upon our rest, someone must take charge to reorient him back into his cave lest folks think he is normal. The unpaid task of driving him back into his primitive mode therefore falls on me and I have no problem as he can see doing it. History, it has been said to have two-sides (victor and vanquished) isn’t it then reasonable to expect both sides to be told in order to be fully informed, to know which is plausible? The mind is said to be a terrible thing to waste, meant for thinking and to question. It was not given so that Umar Bello could judge whose gbigiri is best or which dawadawa stink the most. I am not sure about him but I do question certain aspects of life. I am a free thinker, an objective analyst that’s who I am. As an independent mind, a thousand of him could hardly do a dint to me. Someone whose folks were literally dragged to school could not tell this fella here about education or “atom intellectual” whatever. Education and educating is something my people heartily embraced and practiced whence it started. So, next time don’t go there, son. People I respect may insult me and get away with it. My feelings won’t be piqued if someone like Col. Abubakar Umar addresses me in a manner I object, it won’t matter. I respect him dearly. He is the man! If this were to be the case, the most I might do is respectfully register my disagreement and stuff with a private note. I do not however extend this type of privilege to scumbags of the Saudi peninsula. Not at all!

This is Umar Bello’s, “NDUBUEZE GODSON AND HIS GODLESS GIBBERISH” posted in some obscure site I still don’t know, on October 23, 2004. “The article written by one Ndubueze Godson as a rejoinder to Ahmad Kollere’s rather innocuous write up is an exercise deliberately aimed at insulting the sensibilities of nearly two billion Moslems in the whole world.”

C’mon guys, how did this lad figure the two billion bull? If, just if, the Moslems of the world are two billion (they are not) how many billions does he think are not? These guys are by far less so for him to use a fictitious number to boast the Moslem population is simply another sign of treachery. Far be it that he is let free without mentioning that here is not Niagaria where their population is over bloated and never substantiated. I hope this fibber will honor this simple challenge to produce a verifiable statistics to support the population of all the Islamic nations combined. But let me warn him that I retain the rights to disprove whatever he produces. This challenge screeches for his attention he should therefore accept it to score one-tenth of a point. As weird as it seems, in Nigeria they even count goats, sheeps, cows and imported laborers from neighboring Moslem countries to increase their number, which screams volumes about them. It is evident from the failure of past attempts to collate and tally the numbers of the so-called citizens of that country that the figure on record is bogus. If you disagree with this statement, encourage a U.N. sponsored census to determine if indeed you guys are what you allege. This is yet another challenge. If you ask me, I did put their population in that country in the fifteen million or less range contrary to the phony and unsubstantiated jump. Respected readers, why do you think the northerners constantly throw monkey wrench whenever a new effort is made to take a complete and unobstructed population count? Their present false claim pure, simple and short. How could Ahmad Kollere’s codified piece also be judged harmless? What normal people consider inimical is innocuous to them. This explains why they think the barbaric behaviors of their Islamic brethren in Nigsharia are harmless. Pleeeease! Didn’t I tell them all their lies will be rubbished?

I don’t see how Ahmad’s deception could be innocuous when he failed to share the dangers that await a non-Moslem, or an Islamic convert to a new religion. Is an Islamic convert pampered, praised or killed? What is the Islamic punishment for a proselytizer? Please tell us. Based on Umar’s reactionary attitude, I can without equivocating say that his effort in portraying a different picture of Islam is a shameful premeditated assault on scholarship. It is a wicked design that could impact more than four billion non-Moslems of the world in a dangerous way, and he knows this. As far back as elementary school, we were made aware what Jihad means. It was clear then and clear now that Jihad is a holy war against non-believers in Islam. Jihad is as offensive as it is foul. So, what part is still elusive to this guy? What he and Ahmad did was exactly what their people of the past practiced, deception. They misled and laid trap to unsuspecting non-Moslems who get decapitated like a road kill without a squeal from Umar. Not gonna work no more. The trust flew out the window long, long ago. I guess it never crossed his feeble mind that we too read about Usman/Uthman Dan Fodio, the warlord in history books? Some of them written by Moslems like him. Well, I am not sure how old this lad is but my guess, he is probably one of these win-the-war babies who scribble crap all over the Internet to draw attention to their ego. If this is the case may I then suggest he read “The Passport of Mallam Ilia” by Professor Cyprian Ekwensi to avail himself? The earlier you guys stop your spread of religious lies and the negative propaganda against the Igbo, the better for you folks. We are not letting down, believe me.

“While the whole world was smarting from this whole scale destruction, the Second World War began by the same Christian Nations. Adolph Hitler, a Lutheran Christian, slew six million ‘perfidious Jews’. In his book Mein kemp he states ‘I am convinced that I am acting as the agent of our creator by fighting off the Jews.”Umar Bello.

Great, that makes every Moslem who believes in the violent application of the Quran as callous and crazy as Hitler. So where is your anger? In Bello’s attempt to justify sheer madness, he used Adolf Hitler’s Lutheran faith to support their inordinate

violence. To
Umar, what Hitler did was despicable but Osama’s case was taken out of context. Iro - joke. Well, since this lad failed to do his research, oops excuse me, homework, let me then inform him that Hitler was Catholic not Lutheran. Still makes no difference though. Hitler was not known to be a womanizer. This trait alone would have earned him some honor but he betrayed humanity with his inhumane and insane agenda, which every reasonable Christian strongly denounced in no small way. So, what point was the lousy, lazy intellectual nonentity intended to make with that comparison? Who gives a rat shit about Hitler, I don’t! The Christians willingly and wittingly accepted his Catholic faith and in the same breath condemn his vicious attempted extermination of the Jewish people. His mentor’s book he enjoyed "Mein Kampf" - "My battle" did not exonerate anyone still. I don’t see any relevance. No Christian is hailing and fighting in his behalf. The same thing can’t be said about the Islamists who cheer to the bombings and destructions of discotheques, schoolyards, markets and hospitals the list goes on. Anyone who uses the Quran, the Bible, the Torah et cetera to justify an open act of aggression and destruction especially on human lives is evil. Period! That person must be declared public enemy number one and removed with radar precision. That person or persons must be neutralized and those verses condemned. Do we have a deal?

As you are reading this, the Islamists still support and encourage the extermination of the Jews and the Igbo, so you figure. No Christian I know gets all worked up because someone questioned some biblical verses. No real Christian I know who lets the Old Testament guide him to the extent of foolishly harming others because the Bible says so. Umar, there are zero Christians I know that wishes death upon someone who does not believe in God. This writer has never been close to any Christian who would kill anyone for challenging certain aspects of the doctrines according to Jesus, the anointed one (mind you Jesus never enjoined his followers to hate or cause pain to others). None, bro. Yet when one in pursuit of knowledge or for the clarification of major flaws found in the Quran dares ask, all hell breaks loose. If someone wants to know if certain attributes to Mohammed are true, nothing but death would satisfy your thirst. And you tell us you are not a barbarian? There is a super major contrast between how people of Christian faith interpret what is in the Bible and the deceit you support. Islamists use the Quran as a tool to perpetrate harm on those who do not share their faith. I guess the numerous violent calls by Islamic Mullahs/Imams are ‘peace’ overtures? Why is it problematic in all Islamic countries to have real democracy, government of, by and for the people in case you forgot? I will tell you why, the Quran that is why. The Quran is the law. Now, tell me I took this one out of context? Democracy cannot be found in any religion this is why it must be separated from governance. In Arabia where this guy happily lives, they are guided by the most violent of Islam hence the unending chaos there.

Moreover, the verses of the Holy Qur’an that this writer quoted were vintage out of context. Interpretation of words of God can never be done by any John or Jane Doe, worse a person of Nduebeze’s atom intellectual grasp and of his creed. Even within Moslems, the interpretation is done by highly educated people who combine the knowledge of Islamic History, Arabic language, the traditions of the prophet, Islamic jurisprudence and philosophy to interpret such weighty litanies. – Umar Bello.

I don’t see how anyone would get out of shape when a link is made between the violent practices of Islamists and the Quran with verbatim quotes. What is the deal with the cheap and ridiculous “out of context” claim? Don’t these guys too quote it to make their points? I don’t think Ahmad quoted the Torah or the Bible; it was the same Quran he also cited, so? Ahmad wanted his readers to believe that Islam is all about peace and I took the opposite position simple as that. A debate is therefore what should ensue without the unnecessary whine. Here is the nonsense Umar the scholastic midget drooled all over the Web in his elementary attempt to demean me. He boasted, “Interpretation of words of God can never be done by any John or Jane Doe, worse a person of Nduebeze’s atom intellectual grasp and of his creed.” In the same sentence he made an embarrassing reverse to say, the interpretation is done by highly educated people who combine the knowledge of Islamic History, Arabic language, the traditions of the prophet.” Question for this mental ass is what made his so-called ‘educated’ people super, what are their IQs? Their fields of study and level of education are of interest so, may we? Was it not an Islamic teacher who authoritatively claimed the world was flat? Ah ha! Educated my foot (sorry Aremu). Some of these Islamic interpreters were even quoted in that essay that spun Umar’s head out of his neck. My sources will again be available at the end of this essay for all to see. Maybe this lad should be informed that only two replied to the same essay he overreacted to. Of the two, one wrote few lines of civil inquest, which I nicely replied. But one Lawal came out firing blanks without also answering my questions. That poor fella learned rather the hard way how not to defend the indefensible. He was quickly erased, blown away without remorse.

Now, let me tell these guys some, it is up to the Moslems to tell us what the “correct contexts” of those verses are. What is the real context when you are told to kill the unbelievers wherever you find them? What is the real context when it instructs you guys to rough your wives up if they are not obedient? What is the real context when a six-year old girl, AISHA was kidnapped and three years later the worst happened? Or is the instruction to rape and molest women captured in war the real context? It is not hard to figure what is out of context. How can the application of those barbaric verses be justified this point in time? Umar tell us how in your insulated world you can justify this, “The Qur’an cautioned Muslims not force people to accept Islam; this is because protection of the rights of non-Muslims to worship is part of the Shari’ah. – Ahmad Kollere, whereas I presented these Quranic verses. “Let not the believers take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah - 3:28. This is what the book also commands you guys to do to us, the non-believers. “Cast terror in the hearts, smite the neck and cut fingertips of unbelievers - 8:12, yet you have the nerves to write jargon in support. So tell us which part Ndubueze took “out of context”? If the Quran guarantees the protections of non-Moslems according to Ahmad, what the hell do you call what is happening with the Sharia crap in Zamfara and all the northern states in Nigsharia? Why is it that the same protections are not extended in Saudia Arabia, the terror haven where no single Church exists?

If people were not forced to accept Islam, how come non-Moslems were forced to pay higher taxes as a way to convert them back in Mohammedan time? Read verses 9:29, Khalifa “until they [non-Moslems] pay the due tax, willingly or unwillingly.” Shakir, “…until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.” These are in your Quran, learn child. The readers should know that these taxes were exclusively for non-believers in Islam. They were forced to pay outrageous taxes as a means of forcing them to convert. They paid through their nostrils, guys. How would Moslems feel if discriminatory and astronomical taxes were imposed on them in non-Islamic nations? They too would convert to whichever religion that have lower or no taxes. Umar should know that I do not have anything to do with those verses (aplenty) that are beyond the realm of reasonableness. It’s obvious those verses embarrasses him. I have never been to any Church where the Pastor enjoins the worshippers to kill non-Christians in the name of God. None! They in fact preach tolerance even when faced with death. On the other hand, the Islamic Mullahs bark wicked nonsense to the peasants who literally follow their edicts and go out to wreak havoc on the innocents. If this guy does not condone the barbaric actions of his Islamic brethren, what then is he kicking against? Could he also explain Margaret Hassan’s crime, the CARE director who was killed in cold blood by her Islamist captors? In every chat, allowance is made for digression so let me. What is it about Islamic countries and power? It’s like their rulers die in power. No single Islamic country has willingly transferred the baton to a new order or allowed for transparent elections. The feudal system they cherish must be eradicated. Man! I guess the emergence of President George W. Bush, whom I did not vote for to begin with, is good omen for the world. He is on their tails like a fish after a Hippo’s dung.

Ndubueze Godson stated in his response that, “[Ahmad Kollere] wanted us to believe that Moslems are so welcoming of others so much so they never killed Christians and non-Moslems in any northern cities of Nigeria. He believes that the claims by Christian worshippers in Pakistan were plain lies. Islamists never killed innocent worshippers in a Baghdad church or elsewhere. Christian churches abound in Saudi Arabia. One is free to worship at any house of worship of his/her choice in Saudi.” And so far nothing in Bello’s rage contradicted these fortified statements. Were Ndubueze’s claims false yes or no? If yes, Umar is expected to inform the readers how. And if no, what’s the tantrum about? Those that think like him wrongly believe that the information as contained in their Quran is Igbo typo. They whine as though the Igbo put those verses there. If he is so mortified by something he believe so much in, either some is wrong with him or with whatever he believes in. What part did he prove to his readers to be lies or misattribution? Zero, zip, nil, none! Again, for trying so hard to inject the Islamic lies into our discussion, shame on him. I guess his employment with the terror masterminds in Arabia is all he needs to feel whole. The readers will like to know what Jihad is. I say an aggressive war especially against those that don’t want a thing to do with the marauding killers. What part of the subsequent paragraph by Ndubueze zoomed by him? He should show us what is wrong with this excerpt. “Humanity would be better served if all and every meaning of Jihad were listed by Ahmad to allow the readers form their own opinions as to who’s following the fundamental tenets of the Quran. The likes of bin Laden or the self-professed Islamic saints who can never do any wrong? If these guys are true to themselves, they did acknowledge in a heartbeat that the former is the one literally following the teachings of Islam.”

Ndubueze also stated Terror - is a word featured generously (83 times) in the Quran.” Yet no attempt was made to tell us how this was taken out of context. Did “terror” appear less than 83 times, maybe 82? No one including this writer is saying all Moslems are terrorists what is however disturbing are the number of terrorists who are Moslems. Does Umar have any answer? This wounded mental minion of Arabian terror should please tell us. My only desire is truthful knowledge since I have no use for lies. So, please tell us what happened to AISHA, three years later after her abduction at age six? Was an Igbo or a Christian involved? I don’t want to be accused of taking “out of context” any information so tell us. Thus far, his baby cry gets him nowhere. I never pay any mind to the meow. According to Islamic scholars, here is what JIHAD is about. “Historically, Jihad means holy war (Dharma Juddha in Bangla. For more than 1400 years, Moslems always understood the meaning of Jihad as Islamic holy war. Every Islamic scholar, Mullah, Maulana, Imam, et cetera, of the world will agree with this meaning of Jihad. Technically, Jihad is war against non-Muslims (Jihad al-kuffar or Jihad against disbeliever; and Jihad al-munafiqeen. or Jihad against hypocrites) only, since Muslims are forbidden to fight the Muslims. Early Islam was spread in the Arabian Peninsula solely by holy wars (Jihad). Of all the historic battles (around 78) fought by Muhammad himself only one (battle of ditch) was defensive. The rest were offensive wars.” Jihads! Please tell you readers about the wars of conquest and conversion. I see they are craving for answers and don’t give me no lips about out of context. I have done all I could for the readers not much remains.

Messrs Bello, yes I said Mr. what’s wrong with that? I too can be courteous at times you know. Please refute those statements or remain quiet because you obviously lack the depth to challenge any Igbo on any subject, the Quran too. Just admit you don’t know squat and move on. Hear Ndubueze with attention paid to your “highly educated people” (Islamic scholars) in highlight. Ibn Khaldun (A.D. 1332-1406), Islam’s great historian, sociologist and philosopher - In the Muslim community, the holy war is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the (Muslim) mission and (the obligation to) convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force. Therefore, caliphate and royal authority are united in (Islam), so that the person in charge can devote the available strength to both of them at the same time.” In his book, “Jurisprudence in Muhammad’s Biography” the Azhar scholar, Dr. Muhammad Sa’id Ramadan al-Buti wrote the following: “The Holy War (Islamic Jihad), as it is known in Islamic Jurisprudence, is basically an offensive war. This is the duty of Muslims in every age when the needed military power becomes available to them. This is the phase in which the meaning of Holy war has taken its final form. Thus the apostle of God said: 'I was commanded to fight the people until they believe in Allah and his message (page 134, 7th edition).’

Again, read Ndubueze. “The only times Moslems throughout history preached peace or allowed for peaceful co-habitation was when they are in a weak position, outnumbered and outgunned.” He even went as far as citing Quranic examples (047:035) to buttress, but Umar’s poor attempt at world history betrayed him again and again. He did nothing to erase the facts as stated; his was dwarfed by a superior presentation. Ndubueze continues, “The ideology behind Islam most scholars agree is the propellant behind the violence associated with it as such the modern practitioners ought to look deep to figure alternative way.” It is therefore Umar’s duty to show us why we should not believe this thesis. If this ideology is not the moving force behind terror, then we should be told why the terrorists chant the Quran before, during and after each unwarranted attacks on non-Moslems? Please answer honestly absent of the hereditary disease fed by ignorance, lies. During his time in Mecca did Mohammed your worshipful have supporters and followers compared to his exile to Medina? This is a genuine question that bellows for answers.

Because the Pagans were more powerful then some soft verses (not a lot in the whole Quran) were added, which the insincere Islamists use now to skip the truth about Islam. In Medina when Mohammed quickly assumed both religious and political power and leadership, he brought those harsh (in hundreds) Quranic verses just to incite his followers to fight. Umar must thus be reminded that it was his brother Ahmad Kollere who injected their religion into our chat and not Ndubueze Godson. What is contentious about a reply to something that was meant to mislead non-Moslems? Should we overlook Ahmad’s deceit because Islam is involved?

If this is so, someone must then take the time to educate you and your kind how arguments are refuted without the stupid emotional drama that I have told you people severally I pay no mind to. Maybe my American drive (way of writing) sometimes confuses you. In that case accept my apology. When I say, “pay no mind,” I mean I don’t give attention to nonsense. Again, pardon my questions, it might seem excessive to you but this is the only way answers could be drawn and knowledge gained. Why didn’t you and your fellow Islamists deflect Salman Rushdie’s “The Satanic Verses” instead of the stupid death edict passed on him? How could one draw such a violent reaction for telling what’s already in the Quran? Please if it would pacify ya, bring for discussions any meaningless Bible verses and see how quickly I wave them off without animosity towards you. These guys told us that their religion does not condone violence yet violence is all they know. Just look at the number of innocent people that had their throats slit in Iraq by the Islamists Umar love so dearly. What do they call death, teatime? I call it the ultimate violence, the mother of all violence especially when it did not come in a natural order. It may be ok for the military to practice the doctrine of kill or be killed. It should not be so in any house of worship. The subject of this essay should not deceive himself into believing he is making any difference in Saudi Arabia. He instead has gone deeper into abyss of darkness with the type of response he gave. Maybe the three square meals, Saleh - Saraka (?) the Saudis provide him should be blamed. One does not need to be an Islamic scholar to see the wicked writings of his Islamic brethren all over in Nigeria. What does he call the yearly killings his people have embarked on for the past forty years? Moonlight play or Ludo game?

I ask yet again, what the Quran say about non-Moslems (unbelievers)? Did it not command the destruction of non-Moslems wherever they are found? Even in their own homes minding their business they should be killed. What happens to a convert from Islam to other religion? What’s wrong with this dude? Now listen, had my desire been to scorn, a friendlier site would have been used for that essay as Igbo haters do when they post what Professor Achebe should’ve done. For me, the mitigating factor for taking it directly to these guys was education. Educate or be educated. No more, no less. My ego does leave room for apology. Had my questions been academically cleared, I would not have considered it beneath me to show contrition but here we are. Check this, after the edicts passed on the U.S. by Osama and his violent supporters on 9/11 we had a meeting. During that meeting I appointed myself the chief spokesperson, a position I used to tell fellow Americans that the problem is not with bin Laden. It was made very clear in no hushed tone that the Quran is the problem and they agreed. Although some may not be as brazen as Osama, they too understood what is required of them. In the end, we resolved that no Moslem should loose his or her job based on that dastardly act. We equally agreed that the Moslems must be protected against any physical threat. I was in a position to influence the employments of few of these people but let wisdom prevail. That position was taken by me fully aware that the Jihadists would have wanted our heads in a similar jam. Mine is about live and let live.

When you hit a northern Islamist with the truth he spews to our surprise totally unrelated croc like. “It looks like Ibo writers are now on a crusade against the North and Muslims.” As if we are to hide on the mere mention of crusade/Jihad. Judging by Umar’s jingoism he appears to be one of the mental midgets I refer to everyday in my essays. If this were not so he would have logically repelled that straight reply to his brother instead of the concocted nonsense he posted. This guy should wake up from his utopian slumber and tell us exactly what part of my reply is false. Do you hear me? In his yet unmatched reply to that deceit Ndubueze let it be known he’s all about peace. That he prefers love to the constant threat Islamists spew when the wisdom behind their support for irrationality is challenged. In his rush to drop the noise filled yaa waa - rubbish, Umar missed this, “Having neared the end of my thesis let me advice our Moslem neighbors to reach out to others in love instead of propagating something they obviously found wanting by their own actions, denial. Instead of running away from certain Quranic verses, they should either embrace or obliterate it. As someone born and raised under the Judaic Christian doctrines, I heartily acknowledge “an eye for an eye” doctrine of Old Testament. Therefore my position and essay is for the purpose of scholarship and to share information that is how I want you to view it without cynicism. A light humor of one’s religion could be entertained sometimes without the unnecessary seriousness Moslems attach to theirs. Let there be Light and Peace on earth!!”

Oh well, I might as well put more questions out there based on the saying of my

 BNW Advocates' Island

people that go like so, “when one scales an
Iroko/Oak tree, he might as well grab enough branches for firewood, enough herbs for medicinal use so on because it is not every day one climbs an Iroko tree.” So let us address the noise pollution by Islamic Imams in Nigeria shall we? Each time I drive pass a Mosque inconspicuously tucked away somewhere here in the States; my mind goes out to the suffering masses of Nigia whose sleeps are breached everyday with such callous impunity. Could Umar tell us if the ear deafening noise emanating from the speakers attached to Mosques in Nigeria is part of the Quranic edict? If not why does he think it is okeydoke to disturb those who do not care one way or the other about whatever the hell the illiterate, Imam is spurting? Here in the States the laws as stated are followed to the tee whereas he encourages the abuse that goes on daily in his own country. Ridiculous! As a learned gentleman he claims to be, he should see the injustice of practicing a different system of Islam in Nigeria and another in western nations where law and order are obeyed. Should any Imam in a city right here in the U.S. squeal any kind of noise he is immediately hauled to jail, bud. The laws are no jokes here, paddy. Even a mayor has the power to yank any permit granted to an offending Mosque. In Nigeria, peoples’ sleeps are interrupted daily by someone who might well be high on kaikai yet none of these guys have the decency to say, look, we love our religion but this is bad. When any of them decides to engage me civilly on this topic I will oblige but for now, get outta my way, will you?

Let me in ending state that I do not see Umar as an enemy much as our Internet exchanges has not been civil I admit, he is probably someone I could sit down and have a beer or two with. But let me attempt a crack at his kind. I saw lots of his kinds during the unfortunate time I relocated to that palmy land. He is the pseudo Islamist who would in a heartbeat hop off with one of those deportees from Italy, you know, those ladies of the night or the Almajiris in the north and the next day act as though he wrote the Quran. But cries publicly how un-Islamic alcoholic consumption and harlotry are with his cruel façade. A quack who in private would guzzle down a load of Suya with a carton of Gulder like a drunken fly, he is. In my lexicon his types are hypocritical wannabes. Since he too came up short to the Quranic questions, he and his cabal are herein advised to quit while they are loosing. Because more and worst could be said and will be. Dig?

If Umar Bello the Moslem writer can show where Mazi Godson's writing is wrong that will be a different story but for Umar Bello a Jihadist to resort to personal attack while failing to address the points raised by Mazi Godson is a total lack of showing of character on his part which shows him not to be a man to take seriously.

Until Mallam Umar Bello can show me and others proof, he is not worth responding to or giving attention in this forum which is exactly what Mallam Umar Bello is looking for.

Enough said.” NB.
